Pick the right class.
If you're new to yoga, we recommend starting with Slow Flow, Deep Stretch, or Yoga Blend.
Please let your teacher know about any injuries or special needs you have prior to your practice.
What do I bring?
We suggest you wear comfortable work-out-type attire. Something you can move in easily. Please bring water and a yoga mat.
Arrive early.
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class. This allows plenty of time to settle in, take your shoes and socks off, turn off your cell phones and place your mat down. The studio doors are locked when class begins for the safety of our students and their belongings.
Turn Off Cell Phones Please.
If you need to bring your cell phone along with you we understand, please turn it off or silence it so it does not disturb others in the class.
Remove Your Shoes And Socks.
Please leave your shoes in the locker room located near the door. This helps us keep our floors clean for practice. Yoga is practiced in bare feet, so take off your socks, too.
Injuries or Conditions?
Let your teacher know about any injuries or conditions (such as pregnancy) that might affect your practice. Your teacher will provide you with appropriate modifications.
