This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid yoga foundation to support sustainability and longevity within your practice. Open to all level students. Participants will be guided and equipped each week with valuable tools and information including posture breakdown, allignment and techniques on how to move in and out of posture safely, how to utilize props as powerful tools to enhance the practice, and so much more!
Week 1: Build Your Foundation: Class Structure, Sun Salutations Breakdown, Savasana
Week 2: Stability & Balance: Standing & Balance Pose Breakdown
Week 3: Backbends & Finishing Postures: How to prepare for final relaxatioin and stillness.
Week 4: Prop Your Practice: Learn how props are tools to enhance your practice experience.
