This is an excellent opportunity to build a solid yoga foundation to support sustainability and longevity within your practice. Open to all level students. Participants will be guided and equipped each week with valuable tools and information including posture breakdown, allignment and techniques on how to move in and out of posture safely, how to utilize props as powerful tools to enhance the practice, and so much more!

Week 2: Stability & Balance: Standing & Balance Pose Breakdown
Week 3: Backbends & Finishing Postures: How to prepare for final relaxatioin and stillness.
Week 4: Prop Your Practice: Learn how props are tools to enhance your practice experience.

Movement, Music & Mood Kid's Camp with guest teacher, Kat HarmonJoin us to explore different genres of music, movement, and how we can express our moods and emotions. Students will put together a performance for a showcase for the 18th at 4:00 pm. Not only for the well-being of the physical body but also for the mental and emotional body. Music is also another tool we can use to process emotions through movement. Plus it's fun! Kat also loves to bring energy work into her practices introducing students to the chakras and how they play a big part in how the body wants to move.
